Jury acquits our client of multiple sex offences

Criminal lawyer Joseph Correy appeared with counsel Douglas Marr in a 10 day trial that saw their client being acquitted of two counts of sexual intercourse without consent. The case involved an allegation of rape following a Tinder date. Our criminal lawyers were successful in turning key pieces of prosecution evidence against the complainant to establish that she was a liar.
